What if I can’t join live?
A: As long as you register, you’ll receive the replay and can watch it anytime within 7 days.
Is this only for teachers?
A: No. It’s for educators, school leaders, youth workers, coaches, counsellors and parents/carers – anyone who works with or cares deeply about young people.
Do I need to know anything about trauma or the nervous system already?
A: No prior knowledge needed. We’ll keep the science simple, practical and grounded in real‑world examples.
Will this give me things I can actually use the next day?
A: Yes. You’ll leave with a clear behaviour lens, simple reflection questions, and one short regulation routine you can begin using straight away.
